About Talent House
How Talent House supports its participants:

We offer a full or partial coverage of the two-way travel expenses (from their place of residence to the current Talent House location and back). Additionally we provide the grant winners with a “home” for the period of the respective edition.

Our grant winners get our full support in their preparation for the Talent House. We assist them in their Visa application process, help them find and book the best flying deals, in some cases we can completely take over the tickets purchasing activities.
Additionally, we are constantly connected online with our participants, so we can find solutions to their problems as quickly and effectively as possible.
During our Talent House editions, we organize our own side-events. The first one, Welcome Dinner, aims to help our participants get to know each other, share their dreams and goals in a supporting atmosphere, meet our partners and ambassadors and, thereby, set some concrete expectations of the upcoming hackathon or conference.
Our second regular side-event is the Talent Brunch, which offers our grant winners the opportunity to expand their network in the Web3 space. This is possible through the interaction with mentors, recruiters, and other founders in a casual networking setting.
Additionally, Talent House participants and Alumni get an easier access to the entire Talent Protocol’s online community of over 5k members.
Talent House expands beyond the physical walls. Becoming part of the community means having by your side a team of people who truly believes in your success. The organising team is always personally present throughout the entire edition of the Talent House, a part of which is sharing the accommodation with the participants. By doing this, we ensure that all of our participants are feeling safe and encouraged all the time, without being micro-managed.
Having the status of Talent House Alumni also unlocks the access to special Talent Protocol bounties which aim to motivate our participants to further challenge themselves, build a portfolio, and earn their first commissions in the Web3 space.
